Dear Friends,

Thank you for making it possible to bring this precious 10-year-old boy to the U.S. for surgery.  He suffered from a complex injury of the brachial plexus that occurred at birth. His surgeon believes that surgery was successful, and continues to evaluate his progress.  Sahm now has use of his arm.

Without the help of donors and volunteers for the Foundation, he would have forever remained an invalid living in a country with limited facilities and opportunities for handicapped individuals.
